Teens Empowered Group

gender-inclusive, ages 13+

A space for your teen to build assertiveness, manage boundaries, build self-esteem, and connect with other teens as their most authentic selves

Teens Empowered Groups are weekly sessions designed to support teens of all genders with challenges around:

  • Self-esteem and body image

  • Assertiveness and sense of self

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Peer and family conflict

  • Managing strong emotions

  • Stress about school and future plans

Benefits to your teen include:

  • Increasing self-acceptance and developing comfort in showing up in the world as their most authentic self

  • Improving mood

  • Critically challenging the messages they receive from society and the media

  • Learning and utilizing healthy coping skills

Cost: $55-65/week
