Teen Girls Empowered Group

for ages 13+

A space to discover her authentic self, embrace her light, and develop the skills, confidence, and courage to navigate her world from a place of self-respect and strength.

Teen Girls Empowered Groups are weekly sessions designed to support teen girls with challenges around:

  • Self-esteem and body image

  • Assertiveness and sense of self

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Peer and family conflict

  • Managing strong emotions

  • Stress about school and future plans

Benefits to your daughter include:
