How I work

I am passionate about supporting children and their families with a variety of stressors such as anxiety, depression, boundary setting and more. I often incorporate games, activities and craafts with my clients.

My Education & Trainings

I am currently pursuing my Master’s of Counseling with a concentration in Child & Family Therapy at Arcadia University. Before this, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, also at Arcadia University. During my undergraduate studies, I interned at Hallowell Elementary School, where I had the opportunity to support students in the school counselor’s office. I provided small group, individual, and classroom developmental guidance to K-5 students, implemented and taught classroom guidance lessons to K-2 students, and helped coordinate weekly group activities. I also participated in student resource team meetings, IEP discussions, and parent-teacher consultations. These experiences helped shape my understanding of the importance of early support, collaboration, and compassion in children’s mental health care.

The relationship with your therapist is a large part of your success. Here’s more about me!

I love traveling and spending time outdoors—whether it's soaking up the sun, exploring a new place, or just going for a peaceful walk, being outside always helps me recharge. On the flip side, I’m also a total couch potato and love staying in to binge-watch dating reality TV shows (the drama, the awkward moments—I'm here for all of it!). I'm big into arts and crafts and often turn to coloring as one of my favorite ways to unwind and de-stress. I'm also a huge foodie and love exploring new restaurants and trying all kinds of different foods, so I’m always down to talk about food. Lately, I’ve gotten into baking—so if you have a favorite dessert, I just might be inspired to try making it for you!

Working With Me

I offer sessions both virtually and out of the Jenkintown, PA office. I am available for sessions weekdays, during early afternoon and evening hours. I support our Low Fee Program.
